This Blog is for residents of Owosso and the surrounding area. I have, and will continue to be, been in attendance at all(most) Owosso City Council Meetings. Please share with me your concerns that you are not going to present, but you would like me to mention. I will do my best to present your issues as well as present issues of my own. Let's work together to make Owosso a better place to live. That's Owosso "AS I SEE IT".
